Job Summary:
As a Compliance Reporting Analyst within the Compliance Reporting Services team, you ensure the setup of rules in line with Client Investment Agreements. You interpret regulatory changes, provide technical expertise to key projects, and deliver innovative solutions to client requirements. You will maintain fund rules, investigate guideline breaches, and stay current with industry practices and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure rules are set up according to Client Investment Agreements
• Interpret regulatory changes and provide functional input for rule updates
• Act as a change agent, offering technical expertise to key projects
• Provide end-to-end views of rule coding and breach analysis
• Deliver innovative solutions for client requirements and rule optimization
• Appreciate client-specific nuances to meet objectives optimally
• Maintain and tailor fund rules to evolving client needs
• Scope client requirements and perform account maintenance
• Investigate guideline breaches and assist in breach resolution
• Stay updated with industry practices, product development, and regulations
• Concentrate on solving complex technical requests for global clients

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :

• Create, maintain, and test logical rules for financial instruments
• Demonstrate coding or report writing experience with logic-based systems
• Exhibit strong financial market and instrument knowledge
• Apply compliance reporting product expertise
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
• Analyze, organize, and solve problems efficiently
• Utilize advanced PC skills, especially in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :

• Hold a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Business
• Possess qualifications involving financial instruments
• Display experience with compliance reporting applications
• Understand investment mandates and rule identification
• Adapt quickly to evolving regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with investment managers for breach resolution
• Innovate in coding and optimizing rule libraries
