Join our Depositary Services Operations team and help safeguard client assets through robust oversight and compliance. Job Summary:

As an Operations Associate within the Depositary Services Operations team, you play a critical role in supporting fund oversight processes. You execute operational and oversight activities to ensure client assets are protected and compliance standards are met. You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address data issues, monitor exceptions, and enhance controls and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Depositary Oversight processes Conduct checks and escalate exceptions per established guidelines Oversee maintenance of accurate accounting and securities records Investigate and resolve data non-receipt and completeness issues Implement operational procedures for accuracy and timeliness Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, and Program Management teams Participate actively in change initiatives for system enhancement Champion continuous improvement by minimizing false exceptions Address data gaps and enhance service quality and efficiency Monitor and escalate potential breaches to Depositary Partners Contribute to ongoing enhancement of controls and procedures

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Demonstrate understanding of security types and accounting treatment Apply investment compliance, asset verification, and fund accounting principles Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally Collaborate within a team and interact with business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

Demonstrate knowledge of risk management and relevant regulations Apply experience working across multiple business areas or functions Exhibit expertise in financial reporting, fund administration, or custody Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Display experience with data vendor systems such as Bloomberg Drive successful handling of fund operations tasks and responsibilities Contribute to strategic development and process improvement initiatives
