Job Summary:

As a Fund Accountant within the JP Morgan Fund Accounting Team, you will manage the production and review of NAV and ensure accurate mutual fund valuations. You will take direct responsibility for regulatory requirements and client reporting. Your role involves detailed participation in NAV impacting activities and regulatory reports.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform cash and asset breaks reconciliation. Prepare daily activities per SOPs and client deadlines. Self-review activities before submission. Analyze client records and escalate issues. Assist in resolving team queries and guide juniors. Interact with stakeholders for accounting queries. Identify and implement process improvements. Ensure adherence to risk and control checks. Maintain updated checklists and SOPs. Use firm resources judiciously. Encourage team efficiency ideas.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Have 3+ years in Fund Accounting or financial markets. Hold a postgraduate degree in Finance/Accounting. Exhibit strong analytical skills. Show capability in prioritization and judgment. Demonstrate initiative in process improvement. Build key internal relationships across locations. * Possess strong analytical review capabilities.
