Department Overview Interface Solutions is responsible for all aspects of portfolio data exchange and support - trade activity, pricing and position data. The group has both an operational and a strategic mandate to fulfill. This is accomplished through a location strategy that combines presence in strategic locations close to our client needs and the utilization of standardization, centralization and scale in our operational Centre of Excellence (CoE) locations. Position Overview The Operations Analyst is responsible for meeting the daily deliverables of the client and other Citco office\'s Service Level Agreement. The Operations Analyst will require a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of accounting, trade capture and data processing. The successful candidate will have the ability to follow processes and have a fundamental understanding of complex financial instruments. As a member of the Interface Solutions Team, the Operations Analyst is responsible to manage all aspects of automating and processing, via currently supported interfaces, the loading of client activity/ position related data into Citco\'s accounting and daily reject processing. This team is expected to be able to resolve data issues based on an improved understanding of the overall lifecycle of a trade. Main Job Functions/Tasks Demonstrate ownership of assigned work and ensure timely completion, in line with demanding client service agreements Support the conversion of any new clients and existing migrations in line with our standard operating model. Configuration and maintenance of interfaces that are used to capture transaction data. Work with internal and external clients to resolve any open trade capture issues Preparation of Sundry interest accrual schedules and booking them on accounting system of a portfolio of hedge fund clients. Performing bond interest accrual schedule in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund clients; Maintaining day-to-day relationships with Citco Operational Support, Middle Office and Fund Accounting teams. Prepare E-binder after NAV is being completed by Fund Accounting team. Verifying test results for all in house system enhancements Summarize current shift challenge and handover outstanding task to next shift personnel Education & Experiences Bachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, business, economics or other relevant professional designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA); Any 1-2 years\' experience in Financial Services with an exposure Operations processing is preferred. Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge. Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel Competencies Technical Knowledge & Commercial Acumen Quality & Risk Control Decision Making Client Service Communication Teamwork Coaching Drive for Results Adaptability Working Hours Operational processing for Interface Solutions in Pune overlaps with APAC, European and NA Region. The working hours need to adapt to operational needs. The team covers Asia-Pacific, European and North American time zones starting at 06:00 Pune on Monday to 23:00 Pune on Friday. Staff is usually rotated through two shifts periodically and best efforts are made to ensure fair and equitable work arrangements for all.
