Fundraising & Investor Relations Lead

to ensure our growth momentum never slows down.

Your Mission

You'll be the strategic force ensuring that Dazzlez's growth story always has the capital it deserves.
You will work directly with the

Founder

and leadership team to build the funding narrative, manage investor relationships, and lead all fundraising activities from pitch to closure.

What You'll Do

Own the Fundraising Process:

Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts (Seed to Series rounds), including identifying investors, managing outreach, negotiations, and closure.

Strategic Storytelling:

Build a compelling investment narrative that translates Dazzlez's brand mission into a strong business case.

Investor Relations:

Build, nurture, and manage relationships with venture funds, family offices, angels, and strategic partners.

Financial Preparedness:

Work closely with finance and strategy teams to ensure Dazzlez is always investor-ready -- with updated decks, models, and projections.

Deal Structuring:

Assist in due diligence, term sheets, compliance, and investor reporting.

Sustain Growth Momentum:

Proactively ensure that capital needs are anticipated and addressed -- so innovation, hiring, and expansion never lose speed.

Who You Are

You have

5-10 years of relevant experience

in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or strategic finance. You have

successfully raised funds

in the past -- ideally for a D2C, luxury, or consumer brand. You possess a

strong network of investors

-- from angels to institutional VCs. You're a

strategic storyteller

-- equally comfortable with numbers and narratives. You're a

doer and a closer

-- proactive, detail-oriented, and relentless when it comes to execution. You have a

founder's mindset

-- ownership, agility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
