to support post-trade activities and ensure operational accuracy across multiple asset classes, including
Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, FX, and Alternatives
. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced investment operations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
o Trade Lifecycle Management:
Manage the complete trade lifecycle from execution to settlement across Fixed Income and other asset classes.
o Reconciliations:
Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across internal systems, custodians, fund administrators, and prime brokers.
o Settlement Monitoring:
Track and resolve trade settlement issues in global markets, ensuring timely and accurate trade processing.
o Corporate Actions & Income Processing:
Review and process corporate actions, dividends, and interest payments accurately and within set timelines.
o NAV Support:
Assist fund accounting and administration teams in timely and accurate NAV calculation and validation.
o Reporting:
Prepare and validate reports including P&L, exposure, compliance, and risk reports for internal teams and external clients.
o System & Process Optimization:
Collaborate with technology and project teams to enhance workflows, increase automation, and improve operational efficiency.
o Client Service:
Coordinate with portfolio managers, custodians, auditors, and external vendors to resolve operational queries and ensure seamless fund operations.
o Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience
in fund operations, fund accounting, or middle office functions.
Strong understanding of
Fixed Income instruments
(bonds, treasuries, structured products) and other asset classes.
Hands-on experience with trade settlements, reconciliations, and NAV processes.
Familiarity with systems such as
Bloomberg, Advent, Eagle, Aladdin
, or other OMS/PMS platforms.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, pivot tables; macros preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per month
