Job Description

Fund Coordination & Oversight:


Coordinate the receipt, allocation, and disbursement of funds for projects, programs, and operational needs.

Financial Tracking:


Monitor budgets, commitments, and expenditures to ensure funds are used efficiently and in line with approved financial plans.

Reporting:


Prepare periodic financial and fund utilization reports for management, funding agencies, and auditors.

Compliance Management:


Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, donor requirements, and relevant accounting standards.

Documentation & Record-Keeping:


Maintain accurate records of fund transactions and support documentation for audits and financial reviews.

Collaboration:


Liaise with project managers, finance staff, and external partners to coordinate funding needs and resolve discrepancies.

Audit Support:


Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and supporting documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
