Responsibilities - * Manage the end-to-end fund administration process, including accurate preparation and review of financial reports.

• Monitor fund accounting operations such as reconciliations, pricing, and valuations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, auditors, and stakeholders, maintaining transparent and professional relationships.
• Work on process improvements to optimize the fund administration system and service delivery.
• Engage in assisting with performance and risk analysis to ensure balanced fund performance.

Requirements - * A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Fund Administration or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including Excel and fund accounting software.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory knowledge in Fund Administration would be an added advantage.
