Come join us in delivering better outcomes for our clients around the world!About the department:The Global Fund Expense & Budget (GFEB) team sits within Global Fund Administration & Oversight (GFAO), part of Franklin Templeton Services. The team oversees expenses, budgets, disclosures, and reporting for global mutual funds, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong fiduciary governance. GFEB professionals work closely with fund administrators, legal teams, and internal stakeholders, collaborating to maintain high?quality financial oversight. Joining this team offers exposure to global fund structures, advanced reporting tools, and opportunities to grow as a subject matter expert in fund expense management.
*How will you add value?

Core Responsibilities:

You will review and approve fund budgets prepared by administrators.
You will analyze changes in current and prior year accruals. You will develop expertise across expense categories and fund ranges. You will build reporting and analytics using digital tools. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Alteryx, Power Apps and Power BI. You will identify opportunities to improve oversight processes. You will review and validate fund invoices using digital tools. You will act as lead contact for administrators on invoice matters. You will analyze disclosures for annual prospectus and SAI updates. You will support loading expense data into Legal's systems. You will support impact analysis for vendor changes and board materials. You will contribute to board reporting, including analysis of waivers, expenses and renewals. You will draft or support commentary for Board presentations.
Strategic & Oversight Responsibilities:You will apply a risk?based approach to evaluate administrator controls. You will support development of the global fund expense oversight model. You will collaborate with administrators on changes to fund expenses. You will create reporting and analysis to support fund oversight. You will contribute to ongoing fund expense reporting initiatives.
*What will help you be successful in this role?

Experience & Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related field.
5-8 years of relevant experience; asset management experience preferred. Experience working with Alteryx, Power Apps or Power BI.
Technical Skills:Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Soft Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfort working in a fast?changing environment.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
