We're seeking someone to join our team as Fund Accounting_ Associate_Product Support & Services to will play a key role in helping transform how Morgan Stanley Operates.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.

This is a Associate level position within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role:

• Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks and/or projects in a Team Lead capacity
• Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and leverage detailed knowledge to propose changes in process
• Train others, allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required
• Share expert knowledge across the team, contribute to team output and development, building relationships across the Firm
• Mutual Funds Exposure, daily NAV Analysis, Knows Mutual fund Business
• Review of Expenses, Total expense Ration (TER) Management Fee, Admin Fee.
• Budgeting/Expensing knowledge, Fund accounting role will also do. (End to End Fund accounting) Reconciliation.
• Valuation/Performance exposure, Reporting for NAV calculation.
• Knowledge of Fund accounting, if exposure of financial statement & reporting exposure will be added advantage
