Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for a motivated individual to be part of the Fund Accounting services business of AIF vertical.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintaining the books of accounts of the client.

Calculation of Management Fee, Performance Fee

Ensuring day to day transactions are adequately captured and reported in the books of the fund - in accordance with the fund documents and agreed business rules with the client.

Preparation of Financials like Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and P&L, Cash Flow statement etc., at agreed frequency.

NAV and XIRR/Returns computation for the fund.

Allocation of income and expenses based on fund documents.

Tax Computation Viz: TDS, Advance Tax, Withholding Tax, Service Tax & Income Tax

TDS computation / TDS return filing.

Interacting and maintaining relationship with clients

Candidate Profile

CA Inter / CMA

Experience in accounting for mid-sized firms or experience working in auditing firm / accounting firm who has hands on experience till accounting.

Good knowledge on finalization of accounts and basic understanding of Taxation and on recent changes and developments.

Knowledge of fund accounting would be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

CA Inter / CMA/ Commerce background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
