Functional/Business Analyst - Calypso (Treasury System) - Global bank

Function/Position: Senior Business Analyst

Main Objectives & Purpose:

Position Objective :

- Worked on Fixed Income, and Collateral Management on Calypso Platform for minimum 3 years

- Test Analyst Experience 5 to 8 years

- Exposure to Capital Markets Functional knowledge

- Knowledge on Accounting, Risk, Settlements and Pricing

- Exposure to Test Management tools & Functional Testing tools

- Good communicator, fast learner & a Team player

- Attention to detail, disciplined and reliable

- Proactive, confident and High motivation levels

Roles and responsibilities:

- Ensures deliverables are created as per Quality Management practices followed by the company, or as outlined for the project/release.

- Work with business analysts/users to understand requirements & help the IT team to develop good quality deliverables.

- Prepare BRD\'s based on the user needs & make sure document is detailed.

- Help the developer to reduce defects in IST/ UAT/production. Quality Focus is high.

- Identify risks and provide mitigation plan. Escalate issues on timely manner to the leads.

- Work Autonomously by taking ownership

- Maintain very good working environment, Team spirit and Knowledge Sharing.

- To have a strong Customer Focus in order to provide a professional support service to both internal and external client.

- Gain application, business, functional and technical knowledge.

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

Years of Experience: 5 to 8 Years

- Must have technologies (Hands on experience)

- Mandatory Skills Experience Good to have skills Behavioral

- Business Analyst - Calypso, Fixed Income and Collateral Management 3 Communication

- Test Management tools - HP ALM QC, JIRA, Load Runner 3 Automation tools Attitude

- Exposure on Accounting, Risk, Settlements and Pricing experience will be an added advantage 3
