Designation: Functional Training Specialist

Focus: Product Functional, Life & Pension

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver training programs on relevant Sapiens products e.g.: IDIT, CoreSuite, application Usage Trainings, including evaluations for participants and publish results
• Deliver training on Insurance domain viz, Life, Property & Casualty, etc
• Support SMEs in training content development
• Liaison with SMEs, get inputs and update Training content as and when required

Requirements:

• A degree B.Sc / BE / MBA / MCA / B. Com with 5 to 9 years of experience
• Passion for Training delivery
• Ability and drive to learn Sapiens products and ongoing new releases of these products
• Hands on Experience in any policy admin systems is an added advantage e.g.: IDIT, Policy400, eBao, SAP, Genesys, Premia, FirstGen
• Knowledge in either Insurance business process and Line of Business e.g: Life, Motor, Fire, RI is an Advantage
• Experience in handling trainings groups of 10-20 people is expected
• Excellent presentation skills for both classroom and online training sessions
• Personal Skills: Independent worker, presentable and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
• Understanding of full software development life cycle and Agile methodology is preferred
• Knowledge / Experience in Software testing, Configuration, Development, Business Analysis, Project Management is an added advantage
• Relevant domain Certification e.g. Licentiate, AINS is an added advantage
