Position: Functional role - SAP ECC and CRM (CE60SF RM 3689)

Shift timing : General shift

Work mode : Work From Office

Relevant Experience required : 6+ years SAP ECC and CRM

Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Candidate Roles and Responsibilities:

2.1 Functional role

2.1.1 Objectives:


Support development and maintenance of SAP ECC and CRM


Ensure configuration quality and compliance following the project/team standards and following the SAP recommendations


Work together with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient solutions

2.1.2 Responsibilities:

Design and develop solutions to meet the requirements while following the standard SAP


Create functional documentation in the Customer team wiki space


Perform and document the results of tests and analyses performed


Final review before moving changes into production and charm approval


Provide production support and issue resolution


Collaborate with other teams to resolve and troubleshoot issues in production

2.1.3 Deliverables:

Create process, functional and solution design documents under the team Customer wiki space


Ensure training, business support and hypercare


End to end tests user acceptance test and test scripts


Solution design review with stakeholders


analysis documentation following the team agreements under Customer wiki space
