Develop and execute strategies to enhance supply chain operations and improve efficiency. - Utilize program management skills to coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in customer journey analytics. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
