About the role

Name of the position:

Functional Group Leader - CAE

Educational Qualification:

ME in Machine Design from IITs or IISC

Position Description:

1.Ensure design quality before tooling clearance for the durability requirement
2.Achieve target weight and cost through design optimization
3.Develop a digital twin to eliminate test iterations and predictive maintenance
4.Develop new simulation methods to capture probable failures at an early stage in new technologies

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Structural worthiness verification of critical components
2.Identify critical competencies required for team and develop
3.Resource planning and on time design release
4.Software tools identification and procurement
5.Simulation accuracy improvement through testing correlation
6.Conducting technical design review (TDR)
7.Develop simulation standards for new failure modes
