Position: Functional Engineer APO (MT515FT RM 3699)

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

The Engineering & Applications Team is the IT Engine that delivers compelling and robust capabilities, products, and solutions to Kimberly ClarkaEURs business and IT by focusing on cost savings, business growth, as well as connecting with partners and customers As part of this team, the FE will support full horizon Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Planning functions, with responsibility for developing and supporting APO related projects or changes undertaken by the IT organization

Scope:

The role of the FE is expected to be a hands on role primarily in APO and its associated systems, that includes both SAP systems and other non Sap systems as well

As part of the deliveries for the project this role will:

Participate in the business requirement/discovery discussions along with KC teams aEUR Project team, DTS to jointly come up with the Supply planning and Demand planning requirements of the project


Work along with K C Project team in refining the technical Requirements


Lead design phase for above listed requirements and collaborate with KC teams to refine design as needed


Configure SAP APO SNP and Arete P10 applications based on finalized design


Work on integration as per above requirements


Unit testing, and support system and UAT


Support go live


Documentation and Transition to support team


Provide support during Hypercare

Education required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Similar

Tech Experience:

8+ years of experience in configuring APO with deep expertise in APO SNP and PPDS


Hands on experience in APO SNP Optimizer & Deployment is mandatory


Hands on experience with APO PPDS DSPB and Heuristics is mandatory


Hands on experience working with user exits in SNP and the CIF is preferred


+ year(s) of experience doing configuration in IBP Demand, S&OP, and/or Inventory is mandatory


Work with clients to identify and document user requirements and testing/acceptance criteria


Hands on expertise handling CIF (Core Interface) configuration and reconciliation management


APO DP experience is considered a plus


HANA Modeling or APO integration experience considered a plus


CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Functional experience is considered a plus

Soft Skills:

Ability to work in cross cultural team, virtual environment


Ability to work independently on assigned tasks; managing own workload according to project plan


Good time management and organizational skills; ability to multi task and adhere to tight deadlines


Excellent stakeholder management & good communication skills
