The Role
The Functional Consultant will play a key role in ensuring that project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards. This role involves reviewing documentation, facilitating testing, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting implementation activities.
Facilitate review of the Software Requirement Specification (SRS). Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) and other requirement documentation developed by SI against the RFP requirements and provide observations
Facilitate review of test plans and test cases. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing. Facilitate review of the Go-Live approach
Facilitate assessing the quality and completeness of the documents including any associated manual.
Facilitate coordination with external agencies as required for project implementation
Providing all the support that DGARM may be needed associated with the project
Facilitate review and monitoring of training and capacity building initiatives
Drafting of observations on the SRS FRS and other requirements documentation
Drafting the observations on the test plans and test cases

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in functional consulting, requirements analysis, and testing coordination.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Preferred Skills:

• MBA/PGDM/MCA/MTech
