Job Description

We are looking for a fresher to the role of Functional Consultant with knowledge of HR management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. The role involves working closely with clients, understanding their operational needs and supporting end-to-end implementation and optimization of HR systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good understanding of HR management processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients confidently
Ability to think functionally (process-driven) while also understanding basic technical concepts.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Immediate Joiners are Preferred
Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, or Kannada is a plus.
Preferred (Good to Have )
Knowledge or exposure to Zoho products.
Basic understanding of Deluge scripting.
Experience or exposure through internships, training, or academic projects in HRMS or business systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
Configure standard implementations based on predefined system capabilities and best practices.
Work closely with client requirements, understand expectations clearly, and ensure quality delivery.
Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements.
Participate in testing activities and validate system behaviour against requirements.
Assist in client demos, walkthroughs, and end-user training sessions.
Provide functional support and help resolve basic user queries.
Continuously learn implementation processes, configurations, and functional best practices.
