Job Summary:


We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in business processes and CRM integration. The candidate will analyze complex requirements, design optimized banking processes, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Understand and analyze business processes with CRM integration, converting complex requirements into functional specifications (5+ years experience). Engage business, IT, operations, and CRM system integrator partners to gather detailed requirements across CRM capabilities including marketing, sales, onboarding, and servicing. Analyze current state banking processes and design reimagined workflows aligned with strategic goals, integrating CRM with other banking systems and ensuring regulatory compliance. Develop comprehensive functional business requirement documents (BRDs) detailing user needs and system functionalities. Collaborate with CRM system integrators by providing detailed BRDs for Functional Specification Document (FSD) creation. Review and validate functional specifications to ensure they align with elicited requirements. Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing. Support troubleshooting during implementation by providing functional insights. Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.

Qualifications:



5+ years of experience in business/functional analysis focused on CRM implementation. Strong understanding of CRM platforms and banking processes. Experience working with cross-functional teams and CRM system integrators. Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional documentation. Familiarity with testing methodologies and troubleshooting processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
