Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Functional Analyst (ISG) with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GCP Kafka AWS Spring Boot and Java. Experience in Devices Finance and Accounting domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities. Design and implement solutions using GCP Kafka AWS Spring Boot and Java to meet business needs. Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure to optimize performance and efficiency. Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure quality and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve system issues promptly. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills. Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes through innovative solutions. Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality solutions that impact society positively.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in GCP Kafka AWS Spring Boot and Java. Demonstrate experience in Devices Finance and Accounting domains is advantageous. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Display strong communication and collaboration skills. Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. Maintain a focus on delivering results and achieving business objectives.
