MS/EHB-PS provides state of the art Engineering solutions in Powertrain Electrification and Energy Management Domains in areas of Battery Management, DCDC Converter Control and New Generation Electric Charging control (CHARCON).The team caters to the Software Development, System Engineering, Customer Engineering, Calibration, Verification and Validation (SW & Systems) for product platforms & various Global OEMs with complete responsibility.

We are looking for candidates who are interested to work in the electrification domain to enable and be a part of the automobile transition journey towards SPACE (Shared, Personified, Automated, Connected, Electrified) mobility solutions



Derivation of Technical Safety Requirements (TSR) based on confirmed Functional Safety Requirements (FSR), Safety Goals (SG) and dedicated level of integrity (ASIL).

Allocation of safety-relevant requirements (TSR) to development domains, e.g. hardware, software, calibration.

Development of Functional (FSC) and Technical Safety Concepts (TSC) as part of platform or customer specific system-features for DCDC control and Charging Control (CHARCON) in Electric Vehicles

Decision about necessary diagnoses to detect malfunctions as well as corresponding failure reactions according to the failure reaction plan (FRP).

Support of customer project acquisitions during request for quotation (RFQ), concerning safety related topics.

Participation in customer meetings to support discussions about the technical safety-concept of the system development (on demand).

Definition and confirmation of safety-related Verification Criteria.

Review of safety-related system-concepts

Status report of assigned work packages to the PSM.

Responsibility for the safety-related system development within the product-FMEA, FTA, FMEDA or DRBFM workgroups.

Impact Analysis of pre-assessed HW/SW safety issues on system level.

Recommendation of further safety measures on a technical basis for identified weaknesses in existing safety concepts

Ensure Function Safety system concepts and Software are implemented according to ISO26262 standards

Responsible for the overall monitoring software concept for the project

Coordinate the functional safety activities for the software for customer projects

Qualifications

Experience :5-8 years

B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Power Electronics, Automobile Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation Engineering

Good Knowledge in C-Programming

Knowledge on ISO26262 & ISO6469.

Knowledge on FMEA, FTA and DRBFM

Experience in embedded software development in automotive domain.

Knowledge of failure handling in SW solutions of automotive systems.

Knowledge regarding product engineering processes (component development, SW-development, calibration)

Requirements management in DOORS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, flexible, Quick learner.

Excellent communication skills with professional and positive attitude

Experience in working with International Teams/Inter-Cultural Exposure
