Job Description

Job Summary:



As a Booking Manager at Ace, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them booking venue. You will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base, providing excellent support.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Acquisition

: Approach and engage with potential customers for function booking.

Product Knowledge

: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Booking platform, staying updated on features and new developments.

Sales Targets

: Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics set by the sales team.

Relationship Building

: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Customers, acting as a trusted advisor.

Reporting

: Regularly report on sales activity, pipeline, and customer success to management.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:



Experience

:

1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in tech or hospitality industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals. Experience in managing and building relationships with customers.

Skills

:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. Proficient in using CRM tools and other digital platforms for sales management. Ability to understand customers requirement. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Experience in selling to small- or medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Knowledge of function booking techniques. Familiarity with function booking platforms
