This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of planning, analysis, reporting and savings tracking for the Global Procurement (GP) function in addition to other special projects as needed. This role will also support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Planning (LRP) processes and appropriate variance reporting and issue resolution throughout the year. Assist to develop advanced analytics for Spend and Savings identification. Drive Opportunity identification through best in class analytics and tools Perform data collection, analysis and reporting for GP in the areas of AOP, LRP Savings Tracking and for other special projects Work across Procurement, Finance and business leaders to develop, update, enhance and rollout Procurement Savings guidelines and reporting mechanisms that are aligned with corporate systems Help rollout and support of global and regional spend visibility and analysis processes, systems and solutions that help drive ongoing value and support decision making Identify and launch specific projects and initiatives to improve effectiveness and drive results in the various Reporting and Analytics areas Qualifications Exceptional MS office skills. The ability to manipulate heavy sets of data and create concise and accurate reports Experience in BI systems, preferred Proven Business Partner experience, preferably in Finance or Procurement role Finance, Planning & Control: 5+ years of finance, planning, advanced analytics, reporting experience Experience with AOP process Overall portfolio/project management experience will be considered University degree in finance, supply chain, procurement or materials management Experience working in a global environment, supporting cross-functional teams, managing multiple simultaneous projects Function Procurement Sub Function Category Procurement Already Working @TEVA If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on 'Employee Central'.
