Job Description

• We are looking for a competent Event manager to ideate, plan, host, oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience.
• We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.
• Someone who can demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude towards employee engagement and events and craft the long-term vision for employee engagement strategies.
• Someone who will ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.
• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Host events, both digital and physical and coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for the events like teasers, mailers etc
• Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index by conceptualizing and implementing various employee engagement initiatives
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Responsible to develop and implement communications, events and engagement plan.
• Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.

• A welcoming personality with a positive attitude
• Proven experience as stage host, should have hosted physical and digital events
• Knowledge of Digital events, new age ideas for events and engagements
• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding communication and excellent organizational skills

• A knack for problem-solving and generate new ideas for engagements
• A team player with leadership skills
• Should have a flair for creativity and innovation.
• A Graduate in any field but limitless love for stage and events
• Experience in area of Social Media, Content Marketing, Employer Branding would be an added advantage
