Job Description

JD For MD Horeca (Location: Gurgaon) 1. Manage the complete HoReCa channel sales for the brand.2. Manage the Primary/Secondary Sales & Key Accounts 3. Build and Develop relationships with key brands across the country.4. Responsible for the P&L of this vertical.5. Should have existing connections/contacts with Star Hotels, Bars, Liqour Stores, QSR and Institutions.6. Should have a proven sales record in the HoReCa industry.7. Should have in-depth knowledge and experience in the ways of working of the HoReCa channels.8. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.9. Should have experience in Beverages/ Alcobeverages or in Food industry.10. Should be able to deal with Junior to Senior level stakeholders in HoReCa channels.Expectation:1. Graduation/Post Graduation in Hotel Management or MBA in Sales and Marketing or equivalent Professional Qualification.2. Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Distribution handling F&B Service accounts, specifically HORECA related to Top players in the industry.3. Spearheading the initiatives to strategize and develop the channels to achieve target Sales and grow the HoReCa networks.4. Study and Plan for market Development Plans to achieve the desired business growth.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6. Strong networks in the Hospitality, F&B and FMCG industry.7.
