Position:

Duty Doctor / Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location:

Bhopal (or specify hospital)

Experience:

1-10+ years,

mandatory experience in Ayushman Bharat / PMJAY schemes

Patient Assessment & Management

Provide initial assessment of patients in

OPD, IPD, Emergency

. Monitor vitals, perform physical examination, initiate treatment as per protocols. Manage routine and emergency medical conditions until specialist arrives.

2. Clinical Procedures

IV line insertion, catheterization, Ryle's tube insertion, wound care, nebulization, CPR, basic trauma care. Assist consultants during rounds and procedures.

3. Ward & ICU Care

Monitor and document patient status in wards/ICU. Ensure timely medication administration, lab investigations, and treatment changes. Handle critical alerts and inform seniors immediately.

4. Ayushman Bharat / PMJAY Responsibilities

Familiarity with

Ayushman packages, pre-auth process, documentation, coding

. Coordinate with

Ayushman desk / TPA coordinator

for authorization and claim filing. Ensure clinical notes, discharge summaries, prescriptions, and treatment sheets meet Ayushman audit requirements. Understand package pricing, inclusions/exclusions, and ensure

no claim rejection

due to documentation errors.

5. Coordination & Communication

Update senior consultants on patient progress. Counsel attendants regarding patient condition and care procedures. Coordinate with nursing staff, lab, radiology, Ayushman team, and pharmacy.

6. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate medical records, treatment sheets, and drug charts. Ensure all records meet

NABH & Ayushman

standards. Participate in internal audits, MLC documentation if required.

7. Emergency Duties (if applicable)

Attend to all medical emergencies. Provide basic life support (BLS) and manage stabilization.

Skills & Competencies

Strong clinical judgment Familiarity with Ayushman billing & coding Ability to handle emergency situations Good communication & record-keeping Knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control, and medico-legal basics

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
