Responsibilities:

Greet walk-in customers and callers warmly, ensuring a professional experience for both pets and pet parents. Assist with appointment scheduling through Calendly. Capture and update customer and pet details accurately using

Zoho

and

VetBuddy

. Provide clear explanations and personalized guidance on services and products, focusing on genuine care and suitability rather than hard-selling. Make outbound calls for appointments, sales, wellness follow-ups, and customer engagement. Connect customers to the appropriate specialists (Vet, Groomer, Cafe, Retail) for seamless service delivery. Support retail by recommending suitable products and assisting with transactions. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across retail and grooming areas as per operational SOPs. Conduct daily inventory checks, flag replenishment needs, and assist with stock maintenance. Complete end-of-day reports covering bookings, sales, follow-ups, and operational updates. Uphold PawsnCollars' values and represent the brand with warmth, responsibility, and professionalism in every interaction.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in pet care, veterinary assistance, shelter work, hospitality, or customer service preferred Strong love for animals and ease with handling dogs and cats of all temperament Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or Kannada/Hindi Physically fit and able to manage active work Minimum 1-year commitment required Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
