About the Role

We are hiring a

full-time online high school tutor

to support a

Grade 12 student

enrolled in

The Keystone School

, a fully

US-accredited online high school

recognized internationally.

The tutor will provide

structured daily academic support

to help the student complete

five Keystone business-oriented courses

within an accelerated timeline and successfully earn a

US high school diploma

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

6-7 hours/day of online tutoring

via Zoom Review and simplify Keystone lesson materials before each session Guide the student through lessons, quizzes, exams, essays, and projects Review

all answers before submission

Support essay writing, project planning, and formatting Ensure strong academic outcomes ( target:

90%+ quiz scores

) Create daily and weekly study plans Submit

weekly progress reports

to parents Provide consistent motivation, encouragement, and accountability Conduct catch-up sessions if weekly targets are missed (including weekends)

Required Qualifications

Essential

Minimum

3 years of high school teaching experience

English-medium teaching background Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, LMS) Subject knowledge in

Business, Economics, Psychology, or Communications

Patient, structured, and encouraging teaching approach Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) Availability aligned with

KSA time zone

(IST - 2.5 hours)

Preferred

5+ years of teaching experience Familiarity with

US / British / IB curricula

Experience supporting students with learning accommodations

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday

6-7 hours per day (30-42 hours/week) No planned breaks during the contract period Weekend catch-up sessions if required

Compensation

Monthly salary based on experience:

Fixed-term contract (4 months) Weekly hour logs required
