We are urgently hiring MBA Sales Interns for our Noida Sector 16 office to join our growing team in the IT and Digital Marketing domain. This 2-3 month in-office internship is designed for Delhi NCR-based candidates only and offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client engagement. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position based on results and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Pitch and present digital marketing and IT services to local businesses (in-person or by phone)
Generate leads through calls, direct visits, and online platforms
Maintain follow-up communications and track lead status
Schedule demos, manage follow-ups, and assist in closing sales
Update daily performance and reporting data
Collaborate with the senior sales team for team-based conversions
Qualifications
MBA (Sales/Marketing), pursuing or recently completed
Minimum education:
Graduate in any stream
Strong verbal and written English communication
A passion for sales, client interaction, and digital transformation
Requirements
Must reside in Delhi NCR - applications from outside NCR will be rejected
Available for full-time, office-based work in Noida Sector 16
Duration:
2 to 3 months
Must be field-ready and able to work in a target-driven environment
Basic understanding of digital services and business development preferred
