1. Summary
The organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Coordinator to join our training center focused on empowering acid attack survivors through education and skill development training programs. As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination among team members and trainers.
2. Line of Reporting
The Full-Time Coordinator will report directly to the Program Manager.
3. Responsibilities
Support the planning and coordination of programs and their activities.
Ensure implementation of policies and practices.
Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
Manage communications through media relations, social media, etc.
Help build positive relations within the team and with external parties.
Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain the agenda.
Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, etc.).
Prepare paperwork and order materials.
Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
Support growth and program development.
Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports.
Coordinate with Team Members and Survivor Trainees.
Maintain Attendance Records.
Monitor Participant Progress.
Provide Administrative Support.
Assist in Program Development.
Teach and facilitate sessions on Communication Skills, Communicative English, Soft Skills, and BasicComputer Training for the acid attack survivors' employment training program.
4. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Education, Psychology, etc.) preferred.
Previous experience in program coordination, social services, or related roles is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Teach and facilitate sessions on Communication Skills, Communicative English, and Soft Skills for the acid attack survivors' employment training program.
Coordinate with external trainers and experts for specialized training sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to survivor trainees in their skill development journey.
5. Work Location
For this post, the candidate would be placed in Pune. The Project location is Maharashtra.
