Position Overview:
Anuyat is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager for Business Development and Sales Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing sales operations, and managing a team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Lead the business development efforts to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
Sales Operations Management:
- Manage and optimize sales operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish and execute sales plans and strategies.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights for improvement.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback for professional development.
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies to the senior management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in IT software sales/SaaS sales, with a successful track record in business development and sales operations.
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work from the Pune office as required and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
