Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team. If you love creating high-quality and engaging content and drive business success with it, we want you on our team!

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content strategy based on our specific goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage the team of creative resources including content writers and other agency personnel

- Generate ideas to increase customer engagement

- Analysis of web traffic metrics and optimization of content

- Proficiency in, and use of, of SEO and Google Analytics required

- Edit, proofread improve, and deliver engaging content regularly

- Be outgoing! Inspire team members in unique ways to keep content fresh

- Develop an editorial calendar and subsequently delegate within said calendar

- Design marketing strategies with goals that are short term as well as long term

- Achieve business targets through content marketing strategies

- Ensure a diverse web presence by sharing content through a multiplicity of channels

- Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our products core benefits properly and consistently

REQUIREMENTS :

- 2+ years of experience in producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, slide share, & Twitter, etc.)

- Experience building audiences

- Understanding of web publishing requirements

- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences

- Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics

- Expertise in social media platforms

- Project management skills and attention to detail

- Good time-management skills

SALARY RANGE : 8 LPA - 14 LPA
