We are looking for a highly skilled

Full-Stack Web Developer

to manage, optimize, and scale the Neon Mortgage website. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling both frontend and backend development, server management, integrations, and performance optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development

Develop, maintain, and optimize the website using

React.js

and

Next.js

Ensure fast performance, responsiveness, and SEO-friendly structure Implement UI/UX improvements in collaboration with the marketing team

Backend Development

Build and enhance backend services using

Node.js / Express.js

Manage APIs, authentication, form submissions, and data workflows Optimize backend performance and security

Server & Hosting Management

Strong experience with

AWS services

including: EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route53, RDS, Lambda (as needed) Experience managing

VPS servers

(Hostinger, DigitalOcean, AWS Lightsail, etc.) Ability to diagnose server issues, SSL errors, DNS issues, performance bottlenecks Handle deployments and CI/CD pipelines

API Integration

Expertise integrating

REST APIs

and

Webhook-based services

Experience integrating

Zoho CRM

(Leads, Contacts, Automations, Workflows) Integrate WhatsApp, SMS, payment gateways, analytics tools, etc.

Debugging & Troubleshooting

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to fix real-time issues within hours Experience with logs, monitoring tools, and version control (Git/GitHub)

SEO & Performance

Strong knowledge of

on-page SEO

, Core Web Vitals, and Next.js SEO best practices Implement schema, meta tags, sitemap, robots, and speed optimization Use tools like Lighthouse, GSC, GA4, and GTM

AI Integration (Preferred)

Candidate should be able to implement AI-driven features such as:

AI-powered chatbots using OpenAI or other LLMs AI-based lead qualification & automated responses AI content automation for blogs, emails, and recommendations

AI Mortgage Calculator

that uses machine learning or LLM-based logic to: Predict mortgage eligibility Suggest loan options Estimate interest rates Provide personalized calculations based on user inputs Estimate EMI

Additional Skills Required
