Job Description

We are hiring for FullStack Development Trainer for Chennai, T.Nagar Location.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver High-Quality Training: Lead classroom training sessions in FullStack / Experienced technologies, ensuring content is tailored to meet students varying skill levels.

- Assess and Track Student Progress: Understand individual students knowledge levels and customize training to promote continuous skill improvement.

- Engage and Motivate Students: Employ effective teaching techniques to maintain high engagement and receive positive student feedback.

- Set High Standards: Establish performance benchmarks and push students to exceed expectations, ensuring they achieve their maximum potential.

- Stay Updated with Market Trends: Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to stay relevant with industry trends and technologies, integrating these insights into your training approach.

- Monitor Training Effectiveness: Regularly assess the success of your teaching methods and make necessary adjustments to optimize student learning outcomes.

- Collaborate with the Training Team: Work closely with the Training Manager and other faculty members to ensure consistency in training quality and curriculum delivery.

General Responsibilities:

Should be able to explore students to the whole development environment.
Ability to resolve all technical queries of students
Should be able to explain multiple ways of writing a program and help students analyse the best way to write the same program
Prepare training schedules and classroom agenda.
Determine course content according to objectives.
Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, video tutorials (kind of hands-on tutorials).
Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc in groups or individually.
Self-Motivated and passionate about technology
Good Communication Skills/ Presentation Skills
Observe and evaluate the results of training programs.
Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
Setup/build self-learn tutorials, knowledge base portals.

Required skills

2+ years of professional experience in software training, development, or support.

Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Degree in a relevant technical field.

Hands-on experience software technologies
