Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and/or online training on

Full Stack Development (Java / Python)

Train learners on backend technologies:

Java Stack:

Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate

Python Stack:

Python fundamentals, OOPs, Django / Flask / FastAPI Provide hands-on training on frontend technologies:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React

Explain

REST APIs, Microservices, backend integration

, and deployment basics Assign and evaluate

real-time projects, case studies, and coding exercises

Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and mentorship Support learners with

interview preparation and industry best practices

Update curriculum and training materials as per evolving industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in

Java and/or Python

Solid understanding of

OOPs, Data Structures, and application architecture

Experience with frameworks:

Java:

Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA

Python:

Django / Flask / FastAPI Frontend experience in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React

Database knowledge:

MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle / MongoDB

Familiarity with

Git, Maven, CI/CD basics, Docker (basic understanding)

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
