Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Full Stack Trainer

with strong expertise in

Java, Python

, and modern front-end/back-end technologies. As a trainer, you will be responsible for developing curriculum, delivering hands-on training sessions, and mentoring aspiring developers to become industry-ready full stack professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality training programs on

Java, Python, front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular), back-end (Spring Boot, Django/Flask), databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and DevOps basics

. Create engaging curriculum, project-based learning modules, and real-world scenarios for students. Conduct assessments, track progress, and provide individualized feedback. Mentor students and help them with problem-solving, debugging, and code reviews. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Conduct online/offline training sessions for students and corporate clients. Collaborate with internal teams to improve course content and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with

Java (Core & Advanced), Python

, and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, etc.). Front-end experience with

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and frameworks like

React or Angular

. Prior experience in

technical training, mentoring, or teaching

is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
