We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Tech Lead with a strong emphasis on backend development to join our dynamic team in LATAM. This role is pivotal in driving the technical direction and delivery of high-quality software solutions that power critical business functions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in

and

to lead a team, make strategic technical decisions, and ensure scalable, maintainable, and robust backend systems. While full-stack capabilities are appreciated, the primary focus will be on backend architecture and solutioning, enabling impactful contributions to our technology landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a development team, fostering collaboration and guiding technical decision-making to meet project goals and deadlines. Architect, design, and implement backend services using

C#

and

.NET

technologies, ensuring high performance and reliability. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. Drive solutioning efforts to address complex business challenges with innovative and effective technical approaches. Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain code quality standards. Support frontend development efforts, with knowledge of

Angular

considered a plus, to ensure seamless integration and user experience. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend technologies. Proven experience leading development teams and making critical technical decisions. Expertise in

C#

and

.NET

framework is essential. Familiarity with frontend frameworks, particularly

Angular

, is advantageous but not mandatory. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
