Job description We are looking for a hands-on Fullstack Sr Technical Lead with solid experience in building custom solutions using React.js/Angular.js, J2EE, Microservices, MSSql/PostgreSQL/MySQL, Design Patterns and Cloud environments like Azure and AWS. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer\'s needs, help them make the right decisions, work with BA/UX on scoping, build POCs, design and develop our applications, and work with the rest of the team on different applications layers and get the solutions implemented. Another important responsibility is building people, making them productive, and propagating the technical best practices across the teams. A commitment to organization building, collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is essential. In addition, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to understand others and get along with them to achieve the best possible outcome. Key Responsibilities Understand the customer need and propose the technology stack to solve the problem, present the pros and cons of the different technology stack Prepare estimates for a given high level/low-level requirements, create and present technical proposals to customers and stakeholders. Identify, explore and build POCs for ideas and present them effectively to customers and stakeholders. Explore emerging technologies, become familiar with new technology areas in a short span of time, and quickly ramp up people. Architect, Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software to ensure the best possible performance of applications. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Help define and maintain guidelines to deliver the end-to-end solution in the agile execution environment. Conduct webinars, write whitepapers, write blogs and participate in other marketing activities. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and convert them into solutions/products or build new skills. Work Experience 10+ years of overall experience building enterprise applications using Java/J2EE or MS Techstack and UI frameworks like React.js or Angular Prior work experience in technical presales will be a bonus skill. You must be good in one set of technology end-to-end and should have a good understanding or at least desire to learn several technologies and frameworks. Ability to present technical solutions and give immense confidence to customers about WTT technical capability. Exposure to distributed systems architecture, components modeling, data flow, scaling, and managing large amounts of data is desired. Strong experience in building enterprise web application/web services applications Understanding of Microservices and their limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds A good understanding of the DevOps process and a passion for automation will be essential. In addition, he/she should have a proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial. Understanding of the Relational Database Model with familiarity with one or more of MS SQL, Mysql, or Postgresql. Must be passionate about putting a clean and scalable architecture, writing clean and highly maintainable code Must be very good with various design and architectural patterns Experience implementing automated testing platforms & unit tests and ensuring the stability of the application will be essential Ability and interest to learn new technologies, design patterns, and architecture quickly and apply them to design solutions for customer requirements and share them with the community. Experience dealing with Performance-related issues - (App profiling, Distributed Caching, Memory Management, Asynchronous Programming) Qualification Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science engineering from a NITs or IITs AWS Solution Architect certification is mandatory Any other certification in AWS of Azure would be an advantage Location Any of the following locations will work Agra Hyderabad Noida
