Full-Stack Software Engineer (React + Java/Golang)

Role Objective (Why this role exists)

We are looking for a

high-impact Full-Stack Developer

who can own features end-to-end--designing scalable backend services and delivering high-quality, responsive frontend experiences. This role is critical to accelerating product delivery while maintaining engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities (Outcome-driven)

Architect, develop, and maintain

frontend applications using React.js

Design and build

scalable backend services

using

Java (Spring Boot)

and/or

Golang

Develop and consume

RESTful APIs

Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Optimize applications for

performance, security, and scalability

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues when required
Required Technical Skills (Non-Negotiables)Frontend

Strong proficiency in

React.js

Modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 State management (Redux, Context API, etc.) API integration and async data handling
Backend

Strong experience in

Java (Spring Boot)

or

Golang

API design & development (REST) Authentication & authorization concepts (JWT, OAuth basics) Understanding of microservices architecture
Database & Tools

Experience with

SQL databases

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) Basic exposure to

NoSQL

is a plus Git version control Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
Good-to-Have (Value Multipliers)

Docker & containerization basics Cloud exposure (AWS / GCP / Azure) CI/CD pipeline familiarity System design fundamentals Experience working in startup or fast-paced product teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?319,855.44 - ?1,005,683.50 per year
