Responsibilities

Develop, debug, and maintain both

Next.js (web/admin)

and

Expo React Native (mobile)

apps in a

pnpm monorepo

. Integrate

Supabase Auth, Database, and Storage

into mobile and admin flows. Set up role-based dashboards (Super Admin / Admin / Moderator). Optimize performance and fix build or dependency issues in Turbopack / Expo Router. Implement OTP-based authentication, GDPR/DPDP-ready flows, and secure API integration. Manage version control (Git), and help prepare the project for test and staging deployment. Write clean, modular, well-documented code and follow modern React/TypeScript best practices.

Required Skills

Frontend:

React 18+, Next.js 15+, Expo SDK 51+, React Native Reanimated 3+, Expo Router 3.x

Backend:

Supabase (Auth, DB, Storage, Functions)

Languages:

TypeScript 5+, JavaScript ES6+

Tooling:

pnpm, Node 20+, Git, VS Code or Cursor

Extras:

Experience fixing dependency conflicts in monorepos, understanding of mobile build pipelines (Android Studio / Xcode optional but preferred)

Preferred / Nice to Have

Experience building social or community apps (chat, feed, profiles, moderation tools) Familiarity with GDPR/DPDP compliance and secure authentication flows Knowledge of Tailwind CSS + ShadCN UI Good debugging habits, ability to read package errors and dependency trees
