About the Role

Our HR Partner Company is hiring a

Full-Stack .NET Developer

with strong experience in building and maintaining

enterprise-grade web applications

. The role involves working across the full technology stack--from UI and backend logic to database procedures, reporting, and IIS deployments. The candidate will support a

large, modular, mission-critical system

built on a

ViewState/Session-based ASP.NET WebForms architecture

.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development (ASP.NET WebForms)

Develop and maintain UI using

ASP.NET WebForms (.aspx)

with Master Pages and UpdatePanels. Implement responsive UI using

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap

. Work with

Telerik UI controls, AjaxControlToolkit, GridView, Repeater

, and custom components. Implement client-side validation, AJAX calls, and dynamic DOM updates. Optimize WebForms pages for performance, ViewState size, and page lifecycle.

Backend Development

Develop server-side logic using

C# and .NET Framework 4.8

. Handle code-behind logic, session/state management, caching, and events. Implement data access using

ADO.NET

(SqlConnection, SqlCommand, DataSet, DataReader). Build reusable business logic components and shared utilities.

Web Services & Integrations

Develop and maintain

ASMX (SOAP-based) Web Services

. Integrate modules using

XML / JSON payloads

. Refactor or migrate legacy service endpoints when required.

Reporting

Design and maintain reports using

Crystal Reports and Telerik Reporting

. Implement Grid-based reporting (GridView, Repeater). Enable export to

PDF / Excel

and handle large datasets efficiently.

Build, Deployment & Environment Management

Develop using

Visual Studio 2019

. Build and package applications using

MSBuild and NuGet

. Deploy applications on

IIS (local and production environments)

. Troubleshoot IIS issues related to pools, bindings, authentication, and handlers.

Version Control & Collaboration

Use

Git (GitLab)

for source control, branching, and merges. Participate in code reviews and follow repository best practices. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Business teams throughout the SDLC.

Security

Implement encryption using

BouncyCastle crypto libraries

. Ensure secure coding practices, parameterized queries, and data protection. Follow internal security and hardening guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

2-6 years

of Full-Stack .NET development experience Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, Banking, Government platforms) preferred Strong understanding of IIS, session handling, and production deployments
