Job Description

We're looking for a talented and motivated

Full-Stack Engineer

with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Gwalior. You should have strong skills in the

MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)

and an understanding of system architecture and cloud environments. This is a crucial role where you'll be involved in the entire development process, from designing and implementing features to deploying and maintaining our applications on the cloud.

Responsibilities

Backend Development:

Build and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

Database Management:

Work with both

MongoDB and MySQL

for database design, optimization, and data management.

System Architecture:

Contribute to the design and implementation of new features, ensuring they follow best practices for security and performance.

Cloud Operations:

Assist in the deployment and maintenance of our applications on cloud platforms like

AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure

.

Full-Stack Collaboration:

Collaborate with the rest of the team to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements built in React and Next.js.

Code Quality:

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

MERN Stack Expertise:

2-3 years of professional experience with the full MERN stack, with a solid focus on Node.js and Express.js.

Database Proficiency:

Practical experience with both

MongoDB and MySQL

.

Cloud Understanding:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of a major cloud platform like

AWS, GCP, or Azure

. Experience with services like EC2, S3, or similar is a plus.

Frontend Skills:

A good understanding of modern frontend frameworks, including

React.js and Next.js

.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.

Communication:

Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
