What You'll Do
As our
Full Stack Growth Marketer
, you'll own both strategy and execution of our outbound and inbound funnels. You're part strategist, part execution machine, and 100% focused on one thing --
revenue growth

Responsibilities
Own and run
end-to-end growth campaigns
across Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, and retargeting
Drive
lead generation
via outbound (Apollo, LinkedIn, cold email) and inbound (SEO, landing pages)
Craft compelling
content
: landing pages, ad copy, emails, and case studies
Optimize our
website and lead funnels
using tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Mouseflow
Manage
email workflows
(nurture, drip, re-engagement) via HubSpot or similar tools
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and campaigns with real customer pain points
Run A/B tests, analyze metrics, and iterate for
growth outcomes, not just clicks
Must-Have Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in
growth marketing
or performance marketing
Strong grasp of
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
Familiar with tools like
Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, Zapier
Proven ability to
write high-converting copy
for cold emails, landing pages, and ads
Comfortable running
A/B tests
, looking at numbers, and iterating fast
Knowledge of
SEO, content marketing, email automation, and basic design tools
like Canva/Figma
Bonus: Experience marketing for
B2B SaaS, AI tools, or tech services
