Allied Biztech is a 15-year-old technology solutions company with deep institutional knowledge in healthcare, enterprise systems, and regulated industries.


We work on a dynamic mix of client projects and internal product development, which means you won't be stuck maintaining one codebase for years. Projects range from healthcare intelligence platforms to enterprise SaaS solutions, giving you exposure to diverse technical challenges and business contexts. Our agile team structure means every contribution has direct impact, and early members will grow into leadership roles as we scale.

What You'll Own:

Technical architecture for all projects Cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines Database design and API development Security and compliance implementation Code quality standards

Your Toolkit:

Backend: Node.js / Python Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL Cloud: AWS (primary), GCP (secondary) Frontend: Flutter/React JS AI: Leverage coding assistants to 10x productivity

What will you do

Co-architects solutions

with you for client projects and products

Owns deployment

- AWS/GCP infrastructure, security, CI/CD

Makes technical decisions

when you're focused on business/sales

Mentor junior hires

Client-facing when needed

- can explain technical approaches

Compensation:

Based on proven capabilities, not years Quarterly bonuses on project delivery ESOP option available for strong performance

Location:

Kolkata (hybrid - 2 days/week office, rest remote)
