Job Brief:
Nuvoro is a security-first AI orchestration platform where developers build, test, and deploy stateful multi-agent AI workflows as easily as they ship web apps. Our core value is trust: every line of code runs in a verifiable zero-trust environment. We are building a polished, native desktop client engineered for performance, security, and craft. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will architect and own the end-to-end developer interface a Tauri-based desktop client with Rust backend and React frontend serving as the primary cockpit for AI engineers. You will also shape backend APIs and tooling that power the local development loop, making complex distributed systems feel local and instantaneous.
Responsibilities

• Own the desktop client by building the Tauri Core Process in Rust and the React-based UI
• Design the developer experience architecture including local testing environments, LangGraph state visualization, and IDE-quality debugging
• Implement GitOps integration with OAuth2 flows for GitHub/GitLab and automate commits and pushes from the UI
• Create a drag-and-drop graph editor for LangGraph StateGraphs with YAML import/export and validation
• Build backend microservices in Go or Rust for artifact management, caching, and telemetry
• Deliver native performance across Windows, macOS, and Linux with platform-specific security hardening
• Profile and optimize for sub-50ms UI response on large workflows while ensuring zero vulnerabilities and strict sandbox boundaries

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping production software such as SPAs, CLI tools, or desktop apps
• Deep expertise in React/TypeScript and at least 2 years with Rust, Go, or C++ for systems programming
• Hands-on experience with Tauri, Electron, or native desktop development including process isolation and IPC security
• Strong API craftsmanship with gRPC, mTLS, and backend-for-frontend patterns
• Product intuition with empathy for developer pain points
• Security-first mindset with focus on attack vectors, privilege, and secure defaults
• Nice-to-have experience includes developer tools or IDEs, LangGraph or workflow orchestration, open-source contributions, Kubernetes operator development, or hardware security modules
