About the Role

We're looking for a Frontend-Heavy Full Stack Developer to join our tech team. You'll

take the lead in building seamless, high-performance user interfaces while also

supporting backend development when needed. This role is ideal for developers who

thrive in agile environments and enjoy creating intuitive, scalable, and visually

consistent frontend experiences for modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (Primary Focus):

? Architect, develop, and maintain responsive, performant user interfaces using React

(and related libraries).

? Build reusable UI components, optimize rendering performance, and ensure consistent

design implementation.

? Implement client-side routing, state management, and clean UI logic.

? Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).

? Collaborate closely with the Design and Product teams to deliver pixel-perfect

experiences.

? Optimize frontend applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Backend Development:

? Contribute to backend APIs and microservices using Node.js when needed.

? Implement business logic, authentication, and data handling workflows in collaboration

with backend engineers.

? Ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend through well-defined API

contracts.

Database Usage:

? Work with SQL or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL

? Write and optimize API-level database queries as required.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

:

? Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams on deployments, monitoring, and

debugging (AWS preferred).

? Participate in performance optimization, caching strategies, and frontend build

improvements.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving

:

? Work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams.

? Troubleshoot UI issues, performance bottlenecks, and production bugs.

? Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers in frontend best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

? 3+ years of experience in frontend-heavy full stack development, with strong expertise in React.

? Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend architecture, and modern build tools

(Webpack, Vite, Babel)

? Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API integrations.

? Experience with component libraries (MUI, Chakra, Tailwind) and design systems.

? Proficient in backend fundamentals using Node.js or Python (support capacity).

? Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred).

? Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization via Docker.

? Good grasp of software architecture, performance optimization, and UI security

considerations.

Preferred Skills

? Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

? Prior experience working on SaaS platforms or loyalty management systems.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
