Job Description

We're looking for a Backend-Heavy Full Stack Developer to join our tech team. You'll take the lead in designing and implementing scalable backend systems while also contributing to frontend development when needed. Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (Primary Focus):

? Architect, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

? Write clean, efficient, and secure backend code using Node.js

? Develop and integrate microservices and backend services, ensuring fault tolerance and observability.

? Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and business logic workflows.

? Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Database Management:

? Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL.

? Write and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies.

? Ensure data integrity, backup, and recovery strategies are in place.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps:

? Deploy and monitor applications on AWS (preferred)

? Build CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing.

? Manage containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes.

? Monitor system performance, perform load testing, and address scalability issues Frontend Development
? Contribute to frontend development using React, focusing on integration with backend services.
? Ensure seamless data flow and user experience in collaboration with the frontend team. Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
? Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA.
? Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.
? Review code, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members.

Skills & Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

? 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development with a backend focus.

? Deep expertise in backend frameworks and languages like Node.js and Python.

? Proficient in working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

? Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and building scalable backend systems.

? Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

? Strong understanding of containerization tools like Docker, orchestration using Kubernetes.

? Comfortable with Git and CI/CD best practices.

? Solid understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and system security

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
