Overview

Montr AI is building a powerful AI suite that automates content creation, social posting, lead nurturing, and AI workflows, everything businesses need to run modern marketing in one dashboard.

We are now looking for a

Full-Stack Developer

who can work closely with the founder to build, iterate, and scale our product.

What You'll Work On

Building core SaaS features in

Next.js (App Router)

and

TypeScript

Implementing UI using

React + ShadCN/UI + Tailwind CSS

Working on backend integrations with

Firebase, MongoDB, or MySQL

Developing AI-based features and integrating generative models Creating visual automation workflows using

ReactFlow

Improving performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform Implement new modules. Taking ownership of features end-to-end from idea to deployment

Requirements

2+ years of experience

in software or SaaS development Strong command over

Next.js

,

React

, and

TypeScript

Solid understanding of UI/UX with

ShadCN

,

Tailwind

Experience with

Firebase / MongoDB / MySQL

Understanding of backend APIs, authentication, and security best practices Experience working with or integrating

AI APIs

(preferred) Experience with

ReactFlow

or building drag-and-drop interfaces (preferred) Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and take ownership Work in startup mindset, comfortable with building, experimenting, and shipping

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
