Your role

someone like that who can help us to :

• as a senior leader to establish, manage and lead the allocated team towards delivery plan
• work closely with and advise Business Analysts, Testers and Management on technical matters
• lead vendor software solution evaluations determine the required IT solutions and manage the delivery

to implement them

• work with outsourced technical development team to implement and drive quality control, best practices,

project and delivery management towards stakeholder satisfaction and highest quality of deliveries

• coordinate with various IT organizations and teams to implement business solutions

Your team

You'll be working in the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance IT team based in Pune. Our role is
to design and implement IT solutions for global Regulatory Reporting requirements (Major shareholding
disclosures, Short Selling disclosures, 13F reporting, Conflict clearance ... etc). We are a global IT team
supporting internal clients throughout the world.

Your expertise

You have:

• good development & hands-on experience on - springboot, Java (10+ years)
• experience in FRONTEND screen development
• experience in Application Architecture and delivery (using HTML, Javascript, Node.js / React JS, Java/Python,

Spring etc),

• proficiency in Java 8, Spring Framework with SpringBoot, Gradle/Maven
• proven experience in development using React JS, Typescript, HTML5, CSS, Node and hands-on

experience with RESTful services

• experience on micro services based architecture and relational databases
• able to develop Java/J2EE based applications using well known Java frameworks (i.e. Hibernate, Spring)

and software integration techniques like REST API services

• know your way around Application and Web servers. Web sphere/Tomcat technology preferred.
• know how to use build/Integration tools like Maven, Gradle, and Ant.
• design, plan and deliver solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment
• excellent communication skills and experience in liaising with global compliance teams
• highly proficient in leading & mentoring Agile Scrum Teams with continuous & quality delivery
• exposure to financial services IT background
• knowledge in cloud infrastructure (MS Azure is desirable)
• knowledge in Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and other cloud-native infrastructure technologies
• knowledge in Postgres DB
• know your way around Application and Web servers. Websphere/Tomcat technology

• passionate about managing development of IT systems and teams
• technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
• experience in work with colleagues from other locations and time zone
• confidence to challenge assumptions and 'pushback' on unreasonable demands where necessary
• curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
• an excellent communicator who can partner with technical experts as well as end-users who might

not be well versed in IT
